I got an email from Jaco this morning (sept. 6). Here is a little clip of what he said:

"I'm still doing well in the rehab place here. The muscles in my arms and shoulders are back in the same condition as they were before the accident and also some small muscles in my core are working. Riding around in a wheelchair starts to be second nature and I'm getting used to it. I'm also doing a lot of physical fitness and sports here which stimulates the recovery of the muscles which are working. Last weekend I've been home again for a day and that went pretty well. It was nice to be back in the farmhouse of my parents and also to see the new house that my parents are building. "
